If I could suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be helpful if the staff could provide some assistance with carrying luggage up to the rooms. While the children of the staff were friendly and polite, having someone to help with the heavier bags would have been a great help.

And get this, they even had FREE tea and coffee! Plus, they had flexible check-in times and provided towels at no extra cost. And the cherry on top? The well-equipped kitchen meant no washing dishes! Oh, and did I mention how close it was to the train station and town center? Buses are available too. This place is super great for budget travelers, seriously, I had a blast!
